KME’s Medium Duty rescue is packaged to be affordable while giving the most in compartment space and a heavier chassis than light duties. Available in 13’-7’’ and 15’-5” body lengths, these units offer plenty of heavy duty features. While many manufacturers use 1/8” or lighter material, KME utilizes 3/16” body panels, 3/16” door skins, and 3/16” roofs for the most rugged rescues available to the fire service. The medium duty offers a 96” wide body with 26” deep compartments, transverse over the chassis frame.
