The Mini-Pumper unit has big power in a small package. Built around a 1000 gpm or 1250 gpm pump, this unit can move water like a full size pumper, but get places that a big unit could never go. HIGH VOLUME PUMP
The pump is the same pump you expect in a full blown pumper. The pump is driven via a split-shaft gearbox from the chassis engine. Pump options include preconnects, large diameter discharges, and a deck gun.
HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL BODY DESIGN
The standard body is built around a 250 or 300 gallon polypropylene water tank and includes over 180 cubic feet of enclosed compartment space. The side compartments measure 24 inches deep from floor to ceiling. A three-section extension ladder is stored in its own compartment and accessed from the rear of the unit. Above the ladder, another compartment is available for suction hose, long-handle tools, stokes baskets, or whatever your department may specify. In the wheel well, the unit can hold up to 6 spare SCBA bottles. And in the standard configuration, the unit can carry up to 2000 lbs of equipment.
WIDE ARRAY OF OPTIONS
This unit may be configured for the way you respond using KME’s full menu of available options. This includes generators up to 6KW (gasoline, diesel, hydraulic, or belt-driven under-the-hood), shelving, toolboards, pullout trays, SCBA storage, hosebed covers, scene lighting (12volt, LED, or HID), light towers, winches, and brush guards.
