Richmond Virginia Chooses KME
KME is pleased to announce that the City of Richmond and its Fire and Emergency Services have awarded KME and Goodman Specialized Vehicles an order for four (4) custom pumpers. The award is part of a five-year contract with options for future purchases.

Matheny Fire & Emergency has acquired key assets of Antietam Fire Apparatus, Inc., located in Hagerstown, Maryland and will now represent KME in the state of Maryland. As part of the acquisition Kyd Dieterich, owner of Antietam and longtime KME sales representative, as well as the key members of his staff, have joined the Matheny Team and will continue to support the fire and emergency customer base in a region that includes Northern Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania from the Hagerstown, Maryland location.
Polk County Fire District #1 County Chooses KME
Nesquehoning, PA –KME is pleased to announce that Polk County Fire District #1, Oregon has awarded KME and Cascade Fire and Safety an order for three (3)
interface pumpers, a 2,000 gallon tender, and a custom pumper. The award was made utilizing the HGAC Fire Service Apparatus FS12-13 group purchasing contract.
